Overview

Electrical engineering is a dynamic branch of engineering focused on the study, design, and application of systems utilizing electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. It spans from high-voltage power generation and transmission to microchips, robotics, and telecommunications, driving technologies like computers, renewable energy, and medical imaging.  Departments offer strong fundamentals in math and physics, leading to specializations in areas like power systems, signal processing, control systems, and computer engineering, preparing graduates for diverse roles in tech, energy, and research.
