Offline Registration Guidelines
For students who prefer standard physical filing, Sri Sai University (SSU) provides a printable offline admission registration form. You can download the high-resolution PDF document, print it on standard A4 papers, fill in your credentials manually, attach the necessary certifications, and submit it directly to the Palampur campus registrar or mail it via registered courier.
Offline Application Step-by-Step Instructions
Ballpoint Pen: Fill out the printed copy manually using a black or blue ballpoint pen in clear block capital letters.
Personal Records: Ensure candidate's name, parents' names, and date of birth match your matriculation (10th) certificate exactly.
Course Streams: Select your desired SSU academic school, program code, and specialization stream clearly.
Affix Photograph: Attach two recent colored passport-size photographs securely in the designated top-right box.
Academic Marksheets: Enclose self-attested copies of 10th & 12th certificates, and graduation degree transcripts (for PG entries).
Verification ID: Attach self-attested photocopies of candidate Aadhaar Card, Character Certificate, and Migration Certificate.
Processing Fee: Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) of the processing fee in favor of 'Sri Sai University' payable at Palampur, or attach campus fee counter slip.
