The NCC Unit of the university was established in 2023 under the FSFS basis with an approved strength of 80 cadets for the year 2025 under government funding. The unit currently has 32 cadets who have successfully passed the B Certificate examination and 13 cadets who have successfully passed the C Certificate examination. The NCC activities of the university are being efficiently handled under the guidance of Dr. Narayan Singh and Capt. Narayan Thakur, who continuously motivate and mentor cadets in various training and social service activities.
The NCC Unit actively organizes and participates in activities aimed at developing discipline, leadership, patriotism, and social responsibility among cadets. During the academic session, cadets regularly participated in drill practice, parade training, physical fitness programs, and adventure activities.
Several important events were conducted with great enthusiasm, including Independence Day celebrations, Republic Day celebrations, Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Tree Plantation Drives, Blood Donation Camps, and awareness rallies. Cadets also attended Annual Training Camps (ATC), Combined Annual Training Camps (CATC), and adventure camps, which helped enhance their confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
The NCC Unit continuously motivates students to serve the nation with dedication, discipline, and integrity. Through regular training and community service activities, cadets learn the values of unity, leadership, selfless service, and national responsibility. The university takes pride in the achievements and active participation of NCC cadets in institutional as well as national-level activities.
